Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Scheduler specializing in Primavera P6 within the US construction sector. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and managing detailed project schedules in alignment with project goals and client expectations. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers to address timeline changes, identifying schedule risks, preparing reports, and ensuring project progress aligns with overarching project plans. The role requires a keen focus on maintaining budgets, meeting deadlines, and facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling tools
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, control, and schedule management
  • Strong skills in data analysis, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and risk assessment
  • Knowledge of construction processes, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt and successfully manage schedules for large-scale construction projects
  • Familiarity with project reporting, change management, and financial forecasts
  • Strong English communication skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with US-based clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
