Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Project Sales Executive to drive business growth for CP PLUS in the Bhubaneswar region. This role focuses on identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our security solutions are specified in upcoming project tenders and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and tap into large-scale projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Stakeholder Management: Network with and influence Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Electrical Contractors to get CP PLUS products approved and enlisted in project specifications.
Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys and understand client requirements to propose comprehensive CCTV and integrated security solutions.
Market Penetration: Monitor upcoming government and private tenders; coordinate with the technical team for BOQ preparation.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel, from lead generation to closure, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Reporting: Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the regional leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project-based sales, preferably within the Security/Surveillance, HVAC, Lighting, or Building Materials industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Bhubaneswar/Odisha market and an existing network of local architects or contractors is a significant plus.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel within the region for site visits and client meetings.
