Project Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Sales Engineer located in Pune. The role includes managing HVAC project sales, developing customer relationships, and providing technical consulting. Responsibilities involve identifying sales opportunities, overseeing project sales cycles, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment. Additional responsibilities include managing sales strategies and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.

• Proficiency in Project Sales and Sales, with experience in identifying sales opportunities and executing sales strategies.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Knowledge in Sales Management to monitor sales performance and ensure consistent goal achievement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in HVAC or technical sales is an advantage.
