Project QM for Electronic product development
Your Key Responsibilities
- Improve and ensure product- and process quality in project- and launch phase,
- ensure compliance to customer requirements in project- and launch phase,
- support Project Manager in all quality and security related items for fast and adequate communication between all affected parties incl. efficient customer-supplier relationship,
- planning and tracking of component specific quality items in the Project Plan (incl. Quality Assurance Plan) and development process (see P ES Process House)
- definition of project quality targets incl warranty agreement
- Project Quality status reporting
- Management of PPAP process for serial release of product
- Accomplish and maintain APQP
- Review of all D-/P-FMEA risk and actions in order to remove high RPN (risk priority numbers)
- Moderate and release of risk management, milestone project reviews, and safe launch readiness reviews
- Recurring reporting of quality figures related to the project
- Resolution of quality issue using 8D problem solving method.
- Management of customer returns.
- Crisis management (e.g. sorting actions, analyses)
- Release of manufacturing tools and assembly stations. Attendance at Run@Rate
Your Qualification
- Bacheor degree in EEE/ECE/Mechatronics
- 5-10 Years Experience in automotive industries / Electronic component development / Electronic component manufacturing
- Experience in Functional safety / Technical complaince / IATF / VDA 6.3
- Experience in electronic control unit development / SMD process / Backend assy
