Job Description

Warehouse fitout works of below mentioned packages starts from Design Coordination, Tendering, Site Execution, Billing, Testing/Commissioning & Handover:

• 1. Racking
• 2. Fire Protection & Detection as per UL&FM guidelines
• 3. Mechanical & Electrical Works
• 4. Office fitout from 1K to 10K Sqft area.
• 5. Material Handling Equipments
• 6. CCTV & Access Control
• 7. Solar Power

Qualifications

Communication, leadership and team management, procurement management, contracts administration, risk management, technical proficiency, budgeting and cost management, problem solving and critical thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management
