Position Details

Role:

Project and Planning Engineer

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech/ Diploma Electrical/ Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Installation planning for dispatched projects.

Coordinate with client for site readiness for installation.

Installation team planning like allocation of team for installation and plan their travelling.

Co-ordinate Installation team regarding their daily work and if they are facing some issues/guide them for solution for installation.

Responsible for Installation Documents like fill up installation report, collect installation report with stamp and sign, collect site photographs and upload all these details in CRM.

Issue Warranty letter and test certificate to client.

Prepare complete file of completed projects with in invoice, installation report, Warranty Letter & test certificate and courier to client.

Responsible for service-related issues solution.

Review and approve expenses of installation team.

Coordinate with account team for expense process of installation team.

Installation team building and training.
