Develop Progress Monitoring Templates and MIS Dashboards.
Coordinate with multiple Project stakeholders across different countries and accepts to delegate to others with control, From the Customer Project Engineer to the Customer Project Director.
Monitor project progress against established schedules, identifying any delays or issues that may arise.
Plan S Curve as per baseline schedule.
Hands on experience in preparing detailed Project Schedules using Microsoft Project Planner (MPP) and Primavera P6.
Experience in managing end-to-end projects lifecycle.
Experience with global stakeholder management
Communicate schedule updates regularly with relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aware of any changes or adjustments.
Identify potential conflicts or constraints in project timelines and propose alternative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
Generate reports on schedule performance, highlighting areas of improvement or concern
Interpret and enforce Key Performance Indicators with the external supplier.
Manage the project team allocating tasks to team members, following their progress in line with Project plan
Manage regular reporting to the PM and TL on produced/validated planning.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines
Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure completion
Identify shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost-reduction efforts
Maintain accurate project documentation such as resource plans, change orders, labour, and expenses
Work very closely with Project Director or Project Manager to plan, schedule, and program major projects with your desired Planning Program.
