Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules in the planning tools like Primavera P6/MS Project
- Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for engineering projects
- Track the KPIs and highlight the challenges & support required
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose the action plans
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts
- Collaborate with Technical leadership & Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders
Work Experience
Required Skills:
- Project planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in oil & gas or heavy engineering projects)
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Education
- MBA in Project Management or Operations (prefered)
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
