Location: Delhi (Field-based ITI and NSTI across Delhi NCR)

Compensation: 40,000 50,000 per month (CTC, commensurate with experience)

Role Overview -

Edunet Foundation is seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Project Officer to manage and

implement the CSR program of a renowned Indian manufacturing multi-national, across

Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and vocational institutes in Delhi and the National

Capital Region

The Project Officer will act as the primary on-ground representative of Edunet Foundation,

responsible for institution engagement, student mobilization, program evangelization,

learner support, and outcome enablement.

This is not a teaching role, all learning content is delivered via the Learning Management

System platform. The Project Officer functions as a facilitator, relationship manager, and

program driver, ensuring that students successfully complete the learning journey and

translate it into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Institute & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong working relationships with ITI Principals, Training Officers,

and institute SPOCs

Coordinate with institute leadership for program implementation.

Represent Edunet Foundation professionally at partner institutes

2. Student Mobilization & Program Awareness

Conduct on-ground and virtual orientation sessions for students

Communicate program value, learning pathways, and career relevance clearly

Drive student mobilization and enrollment onto the LMS platform

Sustain student motivation and participation throughout the program lifecycle

3. Learner Journey Facilitation (Non-Teaching Role)

Support students in navigating the LMS and understanding program expectations

Track learner engagement, logins, and progress

Act as the first point of contact for student queries and basic issue resolution

Escalate platform or systemic issues as per defined SOPs

4. Program Implementation & Monitoring

Ensure smooth execution of program activities at the institute level

Monitor key milestones such as: Active participation, Course progression

completion and certification

Conduct regular follow-ups with institute faculty and student groups

Maintain accurate records of students

Use MS Excel / Google Sheets for basic data tracking and reporting

5. Outcomes, Showcases & Engagement Activities

Identify high-engagement students and plan events

Assist in enabling career-linked outcomes such as internships, apprenticeships, or

on-the-job exposure in coordination with the central team

Core Skills -

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build trust-based relationships with institutes and students

Student engagement and facilitation mindset

Basic business development / outreach orientation

Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic data handling and reporting skills

Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR

Educational Qualification -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

o BBA / MBA

o B.Com / M.Com

o Sciences or equivalent disciplines

Educational background is flexible; field-readiness and communication ability are

key
