The project marketing executive will be responsible for supporting marketing and business development activities related to construction projects. The role includes client coordination, tender support, project promotions, documentation, and market intelligence to help generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing of ongoing and upcoming construction projects (residential/commercial/infrastructure).
- Support tender marketing activities, including tender tracking, registration, and coordination for tender documents
- Follow up with consultants and clients
- Coordinate with project teams, planning, billing, and accounts for marketing inputs.
- Maintain client database, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and update company profiles, project presentations, brochures, and credentials.
- Conduct market research on upcoming projects, competitors, and client requirements.
- Liaise with government departments, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Assist in pre-bid and post-bid activities.
- Support site visits, client meetings, and project walkthroughs.
- Maintain proper records of proposals, LOIs, contracts, and correspondence.
- Help in branding and promotional activities (digital, print, exhibitions, site branding).
- Ensure timely reporting to seniors on leads, tenders, and marketing progress.
