As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance to achieve project goals. Your role is crucial in driving the success of our projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, offering solutions to complex problems.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Experience in software development or IT projects is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
