Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the smooth execution of the projects.
. Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director& managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
. Must prepare budget, plan for business & Execute projects in various field such as Mechanical, Process Automation &Electrical works.
. Assist in tender preparation & budgeting.
. Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirement and sequencing project elements
. Responsible for managing the changes in project scope,schedule and cost.
. Conduct training of own team internally.
. Must run work independently & highly motivated,willing to work hard beyond working hours.
. Must work 6 days a week. Must be willing to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines and deliver assigned tasks.
Requirements:
. Must possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
. Initiating sales,following up new business opportunities, setting up meetings and establishingthe specific needs of customers.
. Identifying potential customers and serving them accordingly.
. Preparing proposals,quotations and generating sales leads and reports.
. Abilityto work with multiple discipline projects.
. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
. Must be either Mechanical or Electrical background
. Project management and supervision skills.
. Quick learner with positive attitude.
. Wiling to work at site full time as when needed.
. Wiling to relocate based on customer sites requirements.
. Strong organizational,interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Minimum 3+ years of experience in related operations (Business Project Manager) and Project engineering and sales and business development.
