About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EMS projects for Tier 1 customers, ensuring seamless coordination across development, production, and delivery. This high-pressure role demands a proactive leader fluent in cross-functional communication, with a strong focus on schedule management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EMS projects end-to-end to meet customer demands and expectations.
• Handle skillful schedule management for project development, shipment delivery plans, NPI, and MP fulfillment.
• Coordinate entire project lifecycle, including material/production, logistics operations, and RMA management.
• Develop and execute EOL mitigation plans.
• Drive cross-functional communication and coordination (internal and external) with Tier 1 customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in the Networking industry, Network product manufacturing, or Telecom companies.
• University Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (Speaking Punjabi is an advantage).
• Excellent advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to thrive under constant pressure with a proactive attitude.
