Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of solid waste management, including
waste collection, disposal, bio-mining, and RDF plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale waste management projects and working with municipal bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of waste management projects: collection, transportation, disposal, and processing.
- Monitor and supervise bio-mining operations and RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) plant functioning.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and local government guidelines.
- Optimize resource utilization for effective and sustainable waste processing.
- Liaise with government officials, ULBs, and stakeholders for project coordination.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve daily and monthly operational targets.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation for project progress and audits.
- Handle on-ground challenges and ensure timely execution of tasks.
