Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager Warehousing Operations to drive efficiency, optimize warehouse processes, and implement strategic projects. The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse operations, manage process improvements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute warehouse operations projects, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and process standardization.
- Oversee inventory management, inbound & outbound operations, layout planning, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse workflows and operational accuracy.
- Track and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse teams, vendors, transport partners, and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse audits, and compliance with safety & quality standards.
- Leverage WMS and data analytics to optimize space utilization, labor management, and stock movement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-cost execution.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into operational performance.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, process mapping, and automation.
- Expertise in WMS, inventory control, and warehouse layout planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
