Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP methodologies and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while adhering to best practices.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
- Ensure compliance with SAP methodologies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-13 years of experience in SAP project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and HCM.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
