Job Title- Senior Automation Test Engineer
Location- Bangalore
Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium with Python and Playwright. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation frameworks for web applications, along with API automation and testing.
Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Python and Playwright
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven using Pytest)
Develop and execute UI automation test suites
Create and maintain API automation scripts
Perform Integration Testing, System Testing, and end-to-end validation
Analyze requirements, create test cases, and execute test plans
Log, track, and report defects using tools like Jira
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions independently
Qualifications & Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Python and Playwright
Expertise in Pytest framework, Page Object Model, and data-driven testing
Proficient in writing XPath and handling dynamic elements
Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman
Good understanding of Web Application Testing
Familiarity with Jira, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Experience with Git and Jenkins integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
