This role focuses on driving impactful transformation through advanced AI, automation, and data-driven validation while ensuring high-quality, resilient, and scalable solutions.Lead and drive Agile delivery across teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.Plan and manage Program Increment (PI) and quarterly planning, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, JQL, and Excel for reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and continuously improve team productivity and processes.
