You'll Make a Difference By:

• Overall 12+ years of experience with thorough understanding of various aspects of project management and process areas.
• Domain experience is a must.
• Alternatively, experience as a PM for a product is required.
• High on solutioning and problem-solving abilities.

Would be expected to:

• Get into details of the product under development.
• Understand technical and functional aspects.
• Communicate with various stakeholders and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Suggest solutions to areas of concern in processes and project management.

Should be good in these areas of project management:

• Schedule and scope management.
• Stakeholder management.
• Tracking and monitoring.
• Budget management.
• Metrics, especially deriving insights from the numbers.

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years of experience is required.
• Great communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• This role is based in Pune and is an individual contributor role.
