Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budget are effectively handled.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed and facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Work closely with Value Stream Leads and Sub-Value Stream Leads to monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and manage financials.
• Provide regular reports on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials to the Core Banking Portfolio Manager and Project Steering Committee.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and organizational processes for cost efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and alignment with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe
