Your Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track internal and client-facing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, processes are followed consistently, and internal coordination and reporting run smoothly.
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes
- Conduct regular project reviews and governance check-ins with leadership and stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and consistency
- Ensure effective communication across teams and act as a single point of coordination for assigned projects
- Assist leadership with visibility into project performance, timelines, and resource utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis), MS PowerPoint (presentations, reviews, leadership updates), and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, frameworks, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative environment
- Experience in consulting, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance domains is a plus
