Enterprise Implementation Project Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for communication, monitoring, controlling, and facilitating all our Products through the standard implementation process. This position supports clients with their Product Implementations, technical consultants/analysts, and business analysts. This position reports up to the Director of Project Management. Position Build positive relationships with client team members through proper communications, ultimate goal is to provide successful implementations for a client's purchased product(s), thus producing satisfied clients that are referenceable.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Expert understanding of all offered products for effective client delivery.
- Maintain and follow our standards operating procedures as defined by us and PMO.
- Deliver and review project documentation/requirements, implementation process, system and installation requirements, time frames, roles, and responsibilities, and obtain information needed ensuring all team members have what is needed for a successful implementation.
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
- Drive client to ensure project objectives and project deadlines are met guaranteeing client satisfaction through scheduled weekly or bi-weekly calls dependent on project timelines.
- Provide completed client requirements/surveys to the appropriate team to perform their functions in a timely manner that meets the client's project deadline.
- Work with appropriate parties to remove obstacles that would prevent timely delivery and project completion.
- Where hardware components are required, ensure the order is/was placed.
- Liaise with internal resources, partners, and third-party partners via scheduled calls/meetings, email, including routine or ad hoc calls/meetings to ensure projects deliverables are on track based on the agreed project schedule.
- Ensure third party systems/products are enabled.
- Initiate or ensure a Mutual Non-Disclosure is in place.
- Use secure email to deliver sensitive information.
- Maintain comprehensive project requirements, documents, plans, and reports in client approved tools and systems.
- Work with the Implementation/Technical team to acquire connectivity and delivery dates.
- Work with the client to Provide Implementation dates and schedule.
- Weekly follow-up calls scheduled after each UAT Session.
- Provide responses to all communication within 24 hours.
- Escalations must be brought to management immediately.
- Generate weekly project status reports for all projects and deliver them to the Manager and Director of Project Management.
- Forecast and provide projected project delivery and completion reports to Team Lead and Director of Project Management.
- Adhere to all company protocols and security policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- 3+ years of relevant experience managing financial technical applications and implementation projects.
- High energy and team player.
- Excellent oral/written communications and presentation skills.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Desired
- Project Management Certifications or 4+ Years in a Project Management Role.
- Experience with Client and Vendor Management.
- Experience with Project Management Tools.
- Experience using Salesforce.
