Overall Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in EPC Project Execution within Oil & Gas / Energy / Infrastructure sectors.

• Proven involvement in large and complex EPC projects from FEED / Detailed Engineering through Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.

• Experience working with NOCs / IOCs (e.g., ADNOC, Aramco, Shell, etc.) is preferred.

• International project exposure and multicultural team management experience is an advantage

• Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle management.

• Experience in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE.

• Ability to take ownership of assigned packages, areas, or work fronts.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

• Experience in delegation, mentoring, and performance monitoring.

• Project schedules

• Change management and claims awareness

• Ability to review and challenge project data and reports.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles.

• Ability to participate in or lead

• Project review meetings

• Progress presentations

• Coordination with PMC / Client representatives

• Effective management of internal and external stakeholders.

• Good understanding of EPC contract structures, responsibilities, and risk allocation

• Strong commitment to HSE leadership and compliance.

• Experience in implementing and enforcing Project Quality Plans.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and site teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mandatory).

• Project Management certification (PMP / equivalent) is an added advantage.
