Job Description

Your tasks

Taking over projects from Sales team
Prepare execution plan
Setting project goals, objectives, turn over plan
Determining project tasks and schedules
Monitoring project progress
Managing budgets and resources
Ensure project is completed within agreed delivery time without penalties, within budget constraints
100% payment realization
Management & support during product life cycle
Plan for SLA, TAT as per compliance

Your Qualifications

Engineering degree in electronics & Communication from reputed college is must; Added advantage to PMP certified
Min. of 12 18 years RF domain experience from similar industry
Experience in leading Projects, planning & strategizing
Technical Abilities required knowledge in the domain of Electronic Warfare to interact, understand communications with technical team
Communication Skill to effectively connect with stakeholders and team members must possess good verbal and written communication skill
Problem-Solving Ability strong problem-solving abilities
Risk management Skill should be able to recognize and create strategies to reduce potential risks for the execution of the project, able to create mitigation strategies
Knowledge of system solutions for Signal Intelligence, Radio Communication
Pleasing personality, team player, good to handle customer relations
Willingness for travel within & outside India
Exposure to projects of Indian Defence, Para-Military forces & Security agencies
