Job Title: Project Manager & Technical Manager - Structural (Hiring Both Roles)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

About Us We are a specialized structural engineering consultancy delivering high-quality design solutions for buildings and industrial projects. We are rapidly growing and looking for two senior leaders to strengthen our structural team in Pune.

We are hiring for TWO senior positions:

1. Project Manager – Structural

You will lead complete structural design projects from concept to construction documents, manage teams, budgets, schedules, and client deliverables.

2. Technical Manager – Structural (SME Role)

You will be the technical expert of the company — driving design quality, standards, innovation, reviews, and mentoring the engineering team.

Key Requirements (Common for Both Roles)

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 12 years of relevant structural design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (C Eng) license (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (mandatory)
• Experience in ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAP2000
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Project Manager – Structural

• End-to-end ownership of structural projects (concept to construction documents)
• Manage team of engineers, modelers, and detailers
• Handle budget, schedule, change orders, and client coordination
• Review deliverables and ensure quality
• Construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, site visits)

Technical Manager – Structural

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all technical matters
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, models, and deliverables
• Develop company standards, best practices, and QA/QC processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team
• Drive innovation and value engineering
