Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Web3 Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of both marketing and product development initiatives within our Web3 ecosystem.

You will be the central hub for coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary projectsfrom RWA mining platforms and smart contract deployments to token launches and community-driven marketing campaigns. This role requires strong organizational skills, deep Web3 understanding, and the ability to supervise and coordinate with developers, designers, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.

You will work directly with the Founder, taking ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

1.Development Project Management

• Oversee Web3 platform and smart contract development projects from conception to deployment, including:
• Mining platforms
• DeFi protocols
• Tokenization solutions
• Supervise and coordinate with developers (in-house and external) to ensure technical milestones are met.
• Manage product development cycles, sprint planning, and release schedules.
• Conduct code reviews for compliance with project specifications and Web3 best practices.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
• Technical specifications
• Architecture diagrams
• Deployment checklists
• Ensure smart contract security audits and compliance procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with blockchain networks and layer solutions (e.g., LayerZero, cross-chain bridges) for seamless integration.

2.Marketing Project Management

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across key Web3 channels:
• social media, Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and community platforms.
• Oversee token listing strategies across CEXs, DEXs, and aggregators (e.g., Pinksale, Gempad).
• Manage product launch timelines, go-to-market strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Supervise marketing team activities and external agencies to ensure:
• Brand consistency
• Campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate community engagement, growth-hacking initiatives, and partnership development.
• Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; provide regular insights to leadership.
• Manage influencer outreach, press releases, and media relations for Web3 projects.
• Oversee tokenomics communication and investor education initiatives.

3.Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align development and marketing timelines to ensure synchronized product launches.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, marketing teams, and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify interdependencies across projects and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct post-project reviews to document learnings and improve future execution.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 23 years of hands-on experience managing Web3/blockchain projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating with development teams.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives in tech/Web3.
• Familiarity with fundraising, token launches, and investor communications.

Technical Knowledge (Essential)

• Strong understanding of Web3/blockchain fundamentals:
• Smart contracts
• Consensus mechanisms
• DeFi concepts
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols, tokenomics, and token standards.
• Conceptual understanding of smart contract development and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers and on-chain analytics.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and mechanisms.
• Understanding of cross-chain bridges and interoperability solutions.

Development & Blockchain

• Blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) and on-chain analytics platforms.
• Remix IDE and a basic understanding of smart contract deployment tools.

Marketing & Analytics

• Google Analytics, Metricool, or similar analytics platforms.
• Content management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or equivalents).
• CRM and email marketing platforms for stakeholder communication.
• Discord, Telegram, and X (Twitter) management tools.

Web3 & Crypto-Specific

• Dune Analytics, Nansen, DeFiLlama for on-chain data analysis.
• TradingView and CoinGecko for market intelligence.
• DEX/CEX interfaces and portfolio tools (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger).
• Token launch platforms (e.g., Pinksale, Gempad, LaunchPad protocols).

Communication & Collaboration

• Slack, Discord, and Telegram for internal coordination.
• LinkedIn and email for professional outreach and stakeholder management.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
