Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and Branch Logistics Coordinators for daily part movement transactions
• Ensure all projects and operational activities are delivered on time and within defined SLAs
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure timely availability of resources and proper allocation of spare parts
• Monitor and control field CID parts movement to avoid delays or losses
• Report project status, risks, and issues to management and escalate when required
• Manage and maintain effective working relationships with Branch LC and project teams
• Perform risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Establish and maintain strong coordination with Field teams, Branch LC, and TRC
• Delegate tasks to junior team members based on individual strengths, skills, and experience levels
• Track project performance to analyze progress toward short-term and long-term goals
• Use, monitor, and continuously improve branch LC processes and performance
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational and project requirements
