Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
