Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Application Development to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise and digital application projects. The role requires strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, and close coordination with engineering and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality application releases.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end application development projects, from initiation through deployment and post-production support.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.

Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Track development progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring timely resolution and escalation.

Ensure adherence to application architecture guidelines, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

Manage scope changes, prioritize features, and balance delivery timelines with technical and business constraints.

Plan and manage releases, deployment activities, and go-live support.

Communicate project status, risks, and delivery metrics clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team productivity, and quality outcomes.

Key Skills

SDLC: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD-driven delivery, iterative development

Technical Understanding: Backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud-based deployments
