Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of Solar Photovoltaic projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Solar PV projects from planning, execution, commissioning to final handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Review technical drawings, project specifications, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and site logistics.
• Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Manage project costs, variation works, and project close-out documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in Solar PV, electrical engineering, M&E, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, project planning, and site coordination.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, WSH requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
• Experience managing commercial and industrial Solar PV installation projects.
• Knowledge of project testing, commissioning, and system handover procedures.
