Job Summary

Lead project teams to deliver premium interior material projects by managing bidding, client negotiations, progress tracking, and installation quality to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive bids to secure interior material projects
• Negotiate project terms and requirements effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to monitor and report on project progress
• Lead and coordinate a team of installers to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in interior materials or related fields
• Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members
• Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and accountability in managing projects
• Singaporean, PR,Malaysian only
