Role Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend project management for 765/400 kV or 400/220 kV GIS Substation projects.
- Review project designs, technical specifications, drawings, and execution plans.
- Manage and coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams.
- Monitor progress, ensure timely execution, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of GIS substation equipment.
- Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve onsite challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting to management/client.
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and statutory clearances are completed on time.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering .
- 10-20 years of experience in project management and execution of highvoltage substations.
- Proven experience in 765/400 kV GIS Substation or 400/220 kV GIS Substation projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, protection schemes, substation equipment, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, IS, relevant utility norms).
- Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
