We're looking for a dynamic and experienced AI Strategy & Innovation Lead to spearhead our strategic initiatives and drive the adoption of AI within our organization and for our clients. You'll play a crucial role in identifying cutting-edge AI tools, evaluating their feasibility for integration, and collaborating across teams to deploy innovative solutions. This position requires a blend of strong research skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as an in-house subject matter expert, shaping our AI learning programs and contributing to our go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives and proof-of-concepts for AI adoption.
- Identifying AI tools and evaluating their feasibility for integration.
- Collaborating with internal and client-facing teams to deploy innovation-based solutions.
- Driving AI product development through research, ideation, and competitive landscaping.
- Supporting go-to-market activities, including thought leadership and client proposals.
- Acting as an in-house SME (Subject Matter Expert) and contributing to AI learning programs.
Requirements
- Education: MBA/Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 810 years of experience in research, insights, or strategy across international markets.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in Primary Research (Quantitative & Qualitative), Desk Research, and Process Innovation.
- Technical Exposure: Exposure to AI tools, social listening, and analytics platforms.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative thinking abilities.
