Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementation projects across global enterprise clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure alignment between client KPIs and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver accurate reporting, status updates, and governance documentation for all engagements

Key Deliverables:

• Successful deployment of CCaaS solutions across multiple geographies
• Strong executive-level stakeholder relationships and engagement
• Risk mitigation strategies and change control plans
• Timely delivery with full adherence to defined scope and SLAs
