Exploring the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive A
ssociate partner—project manager to drive the successful execution of client programs across multiple teams. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and enjoys bringing structure to creative environments. You will play a key role in keeping teams aligned, removing roadblocks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Creative, Content, Strategy, Production, and Client Success teams.
How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibilities
- Own project timelines, calendars, and workflows across multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
- Manage project intake, kickoff processes, recurring workflows, and status updates.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Work closely with leadership to resolve issues and improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure project documentation, task tracking, and workflows are maintained within project management platforms.
- Partner with Client Success and Delivery teams to align priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Review deliverables for quality before client delivery.
- Facilitate internal meetings, sprint planning sessions, project reviews, and reporting activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and team collaboration.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency, creative, digital marketing, or similar environment.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery processes.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with agency workflows, marketing campaigns, and creative production processes.
- Knowledge of hospitality, travel, or consumer brand marketing is an added advantage.
