Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on delivery
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and documentation requirements
  • Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a productive team environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
  • Leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented mindset
