Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Kharadi, Pune

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic, highimpact initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in translating strategic objectives into executable plans, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of complex, crossfunctional projects that drive measurable business outcomes.

What will you be doing

  • To develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project.
  • To collaborate with various teams and to manage stakeholders identified. To hold and run the meetings to develop project plans and present them to senior management before starting the project and during project lifetime.
  • To closely monitors project being in scope to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to the plan, highlighting issues and managing solutions supported by RAID logs.
  • To gather and document all project related documentation and outcomes through reporting or presenting to appropriate stakeholders. To constantly improve projects efficiency and quality.
  • Follow PMO Framework

What will you need to be Successful


  • Should have master's or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Formal education or training in Project Management.
  • Project Management certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Shared services or GBS or GCC environments / BPO industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading and delivering diverse projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, out-of-the-box problem-solving approach
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing client requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Should have a Fluent in English (written and spoken) communication skills.
