Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document new demand and change requests from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Aily Labs to prioritize initiatives and monitor delivery progress.
• Define, document, and track change requests within the finance workstream.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Publish weekly status reports and lead workstream review meetings.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues as required.
• Partner with the Change Management Lead to design communication and rollout plans.
• Support integration and alignment with financial systems such as SAP ECC, SAP SAC, and SAP Group Reporting.
• Ensure alignment with finance and commercial business processes to deliver value-driven solutions.
