Technical Program Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations and product initiatives. You will drive program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of SaaS programs from planning to go-live
• Drive execution across Engineering, Product, QA, and Client Success teams
• Track milestones, manage risks (RAID), and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead Agile/SAFe processes including PI planning and release management
• Communicate program status to clients and leadership
• Maintain governance, dashboards, and delivery metrics in Jira/Azure DevOps

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Senior Project Management in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle software implementations - from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks; experience running PI planning and sprint cadences.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent program/project tools.
• Experience in healthcare IT, health insurance, benefits administration, or adjacent regulated domains is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-party program dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and executive-level presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; comfortable with data-driven delivery metrics and program health reporting.

Preferred

• Experience with health plan benefits configuration platforms, provider data management, or claims adjudication systems.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements (ACA, HIPAA, CMS mandates).
• Exposure to cloud SaaS deployment pipelines (Azure preferred) and cross-team technical handoff processes.
• Experience operating within a PMO or building delivery governance frameworks from the ground up.
