Project Manager

About Position:

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong hands-on exposure to Machine Learning and Generative AI to lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives. This role requires a rare blend of project execution excellence, technical understanding of ML/GenAI systems, and strong stakeholder management to ensure alignment between business goals and AI solution design.

What You'll Do:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of ML and GenAI projects across discovery, design, development, deployment, and post‑production phases
• Define project scope, milestones, delivery plans, risk mitigation, and success metrics
• Manage schedules, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation across cross‑functional teams
• Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies; run sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Platform teams)
• Possess working knowledge of:
• ML lifecycle (data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
• Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, agents)
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with project goals, scalability, and quality standards
• Identify and manage technical risks related to data quality, model performance, latency, cost, security, and compliance
