Project Manager

Sélon Coffee is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings, Interior fit-out . This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure all premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings
Coordinate and Collaborate with internal teams , landlords, contractors, and vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events
Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation
Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

3-5 years experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations
Background in premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management
Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across locations

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination
