We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of Scry AI's solutions. This role is critical in driving timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across enterprise projects.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects across AI, data, and enterprise platforms. You will work closely with clients, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
• Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with delivery
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

Team Coordination & Delivery Management

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Drive accountability and ensure timely completion of tasks

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks
• Develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure quality and readiness at each stage of delivery

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track project performance metrics and prepare reports
• Maintain documentation and ensure process adherence
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and workflows

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in project management or delivery roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology projects
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
