Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for aviation-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
- Oversee multiple IT, cloud-based projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance
- Skilled in Agile methodologies, progress monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
- Acts as liaison between technical and functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing solution integration
- Provides financial insights, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Optimizes operational processes, mitigates risks in airport operations and customer services, and maintains on-time performance, safety, and service standards
- Engages stakeholders, manages vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies
- Develops and presents performance reports, establishes KPIs, and leads data and analytics projects within budget and timelines
- Leads and motivates teams, conducts training, manages feedback, fosters collaboration, and coordinates with other project managers for resource alignment
- Executes strategic plans, manages budgets and headcount, ensures compliance with aviation regulations and emergency procedures, and monitors market trends for competitiveness
- Maintains open communication and cross-departmental collaboration through meetings and team-building activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
