Project Manager Sales Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to lead on-site sales operations for our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing site inquiries, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking.

• Manage end-to-end site sales operations for the project
• Handle walk-in customers, leads, and site visits effectively
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation & campaigns
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners & brokers
• Maintain CRM, client follow-ups, and booking documentation
• Assist customers through booking, agreement & payment process
• Monitor competitor projects and market trends
• Prepare daily / weekly sales reports for management
