Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager, who will take end-to-end responsibility for leading a project team in the development and Production Support team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Serve as the point of contact and Coordinate the establishment of the project management environment, including reporting tools and weekly/monthly reports;
•  Responsible for managing all project & support resources and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
•  Provide day to day direction to the project & support team and regular project status to the client.
•  Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate;
•  Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials;
•  Track Service Incidents and Service Requests for analysis and reporting;
•  Conduct regular status meetings with the Client;

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Experience with Project & service delivery for support environments;
•  Extensive experience in managing projects involving onsite-offshore model.
•  Demonstrated strong leadership skills working with project teams and clients;
•  Strong client relationship management;
•  Strong skills in oral and written communication and ability to work independently and within teams;
•  Ability to work closely with process owners and other key stakeholders to communicate the progress of projects;
