About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager (RPO Hiring) to lead bulk hiring operations for delivery riders. The role involves managing a recruiter team, ensuring daily/monthly hiring targets, and handling end-to-end delivery operations. You will act as the single point of accountability, enabling leadership to focus on other verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete RPO hiring process for delivery riders.
- Guide, train, and monitor a team of recruiters.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.
- Manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidate funnel.
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, reporting, and closures.
- Maintain MIS/Reports for internal and client updates.
- Drive process improvements for faster, quality-driven hiring.
- Deliver on hiring commitments with accountability.
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in bulk hiring / RPO recruitment (delivery/logistics preferred).
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing channels, and field hiring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
