Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in road construction projects, located in Bhopal. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee road construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, specified timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising site activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving any project-related challenges. The Project Manager will also monitor progress, conduct inspections, and address logistical and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure efficient project timelines and resource allocations.
- Strong skills in Inspection and quality control processes for construction projects.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for the procurement and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
- Leadership and team coordination skills to manage on-site personnel effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with stakeholders and address issues proactively.
- Proven experience in road construction and civil engineering projects is preferred.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
