Role Description The Project Manager – Retail Fit Out will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of retail fit-out projects for Crepdog Crew stores, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; managing project schedules, budgets, and resources; and supervising site activities such as inspections, installations, and handovers. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, optimizing logistics for materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, requiring regular presence on the shop floor and fit-out sites to ensure a seamless store opening and refurbishment process.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with vendors and contractors.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee workmanship, quality standards, safety compliance, and final site handover.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage material flow, inventory, transportation, and on-site scheduling.
- Relevant experience in retail fit-out, interior projects, construction, or store rollout management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs, negotiate with vendors, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
