Role Description The Project Manager – Retail Projects & Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and maintenance of retail fit-out projects and store facilities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of store buildouts, installations, and refurbishments. The role involves tracking project timelines and budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to fit-out and facilities activities. The Project Coordinator will oversee routine facilities checks, manage repair and maintenance requests, and ensure stores comply with safety and visual standards. This position collaborates closely with retail operations and design teams to deliver functional, well-maintained spaces that reflect the Crepdog Crew brand.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or administration within retail, construction, interiors, or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Basic understanding of store fit-out processes, layouts, fixtures, and facilities maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, email) and comfort with documentation and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and brand standards in retail environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, with flexibility to support store requirements and occasional extended hours when needed.
- Relevant education in business, construction management, interior design, facilities management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to fashion or lifestyle retail environments and a genuine interest in sneakers and streetwear is beneficial.
