Role Description This is a contract, on-site Project Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for security and risk-related initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and status reporting. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expediting and logistics teams, managing inspection activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements. The role involves maintaining communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring alignment with Resecurity's standards and client expectations. The Project Manager will also maintain documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to consistent project governance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage order flow, track deliverables, and resolve delays.
- Inspection skills for coordinating and reviewing quality checks, compliance, and technical documentation.
- Logistics Management capabilities to oversee material movement, scheduling, and coordination with vendors or partners.
- Proven experience managing projects in technology, security, or risk management environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
